Each co-applicant and each occupant 19 years old and over must submit a separate application.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide detailed information about yourself and any qualifying occupant.

Your application will not be considered completed and will not be processed until all documentation and fees are received. Completing this application does not guarantee that your application will be accepted or approved.

NO REPTILES or BIRDS ALLOWED. CATS and DOGS ONLY. THERE IS NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION FOR CATS AND DOGS, ONLY A BREED RESTRICTION FOR DOGS

1. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed: Pitbulls, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, Boxer, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, or any combination of the above breeds.
2. No more than two pets allowed per unit.
3. A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $300.00 must be paid for each animal.
